Maintain a Healthy Kidney

When you face problems of kidney, the excretion of water, salt and potassium are impaired. (i) Avoid taking pain killer medicines on a regular basis. Instead, call on your doctor for his advice.
(ii) Make a balanced water intake every day according to the recommendation of your doctor.
(iii) Avoid taking of any kind of health supplement and energy drink which includes a chromium compound.
(iv) Control smoking and the intake of alcohol.
(v) Avoid intake of fat rich diet and sweetening preparations.
(vi) Continue to do your exercising regularly.
